Fortnite Season X: Week 2 Map Changes

Epic Games has promised significant map changes through time during Season X, some of which have already occurred with the recent addition of Tilted Town.

Week 2 brings new alterations to the map, here’s everything that has happened so far:

August 8

The base at Dusty Depot has been upgraded even further, including sliding robotic arms, a control station and a (tiny) gym:

August 9

A second Rift Beacon is now under construction at Dusty Depot:

August 11

The second Rift Beacon is now fully built and has been transported to Mega Mall:

UPDATE 4PM ET: The Rift Beacon at Mega Mall has been activated:

August 12

The Rift Beacon has siphoned enough energy and is now opening a rift above Mega Mall:

August 14 (Patch V10.10)

Retail Row

Patch V10.10 brought a few map changes including the return of the beloved Retail Row (with a size of zombies):

Cube Memorials

Memorials can be found at the Cube’s place of birth (desert) and death (Loot Lake):

Dusty Depot

A new Rift Beacon is under construction at Dusty Depot:

The monitors inside the warehouse are now displaying the same image that is found on the Rift Beacons:

World Cup Trophies

Trophies of the 2019 World Cup winners can be found in-game:

Solo Cup – Lucky Landing
Duos Cup – Happy Hamlet

The Creative Cup can be found on the Creative island.
